7. Enter Full Name, email id, and phone number to receive the OTP, and enter the SBI Collect Payment reference number
8. Now click the BLUE BUTTON called PROCEED>> at the bottom left end corner.
9. Now check your email for the user ID and password and re-login to fill in the online form.
