Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT) Surat is going to conduct the walk-in interview in offline mode (written test and interview) for the post of Teaching Assistants (purely on an ad-hoc basis for 11 months (s) in the Department of Mathematics on 3rd July 2025, as scheduled below. 

The minimum qualifications and remuneration to be paid to the Teaching Assistant(s) purely on an ad-hoc basis are as given below:

OR 1st Class or an equivalent CGPA in Five Years Integrated M.Sc. or M.S. or equivalent degree in Mathematics / Mathematics and Computing/ Computer Science with M.Phil. in relevant discipline / Dual Degree Programme (B.Tech. + M.Tech.) in Computational Mathematics or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or relevant discipline with Good Academic Record. 2.	Ph. D. (in appropriate branch) with Good Academic Record and first class or an equivalent CGPA in M.Sc. or M.S. or equivalent degree in Mathematics or Mathematics and Computing / M.Tech. or M.E in Mathematics and Computing or Computational Mathematics or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or relevant discipline with Good Academic Record and 1st Class or an equivalent CGPA in B.Sc. or B.S. or equivalent degree in Mathematics or Mathematics and Computing /1st Class or an equivalent CGPA in B.Tech. or B.E in Mathematics and Computing or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or relevant discipline with Good Academic Record. The candidate is requested to remain present with a filled application in the prescribed form only, along with originals supporting documents such as degree certificates, semester-wise marks sheets, experience certificates, testimonials, etc., and one set of self-attested copy of the same documents at 9:30 am in the Department of Mathematics on 3rd July 2025.

 Any wrong or misleading information supplied by the candidate may lead to the summarily rejection of the application/appointment, if found subsequently.
