Walk-in Interview for Research Associate-I Position

Project: Validation and techno-economic assessment of green energy powered CO₂ to high-value chemical synthesis by integrated biobased and electrolyser technologies

Principal Investigator: Dr. Sunil A. Patil (Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences)

Vacancy: 1 post (Research Associate-I)

Essential Qualifications:

• PhD in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, or Bioengineering
• OR at least 3 years of research and teaching experience with a strong academic track record, including a published paper in a SCI-indexed journal

Desirable Skills:

• Bioreactor design and process optimization
• Anaerobic microbiology
• Life-cycle assessment (LCA) and techno-economic analysis (TEA)
• Analytical techniques such as electrochemistry, HPLC, GC

Salary: ₹58,000 per month plus HRA as per DST project norms

Duration: Initially 1 year, extendable based on performance and availability of funds
