- 2D Materials for Flexible Electronics
- Application of Fluid Dynamics using Machine Learning
- Data Science
- Computational Biology
- Photonics
- Spintronics, Nanotechnology, and Quantum Materials

Essential Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Physics/Materials Science.
- Candidates who have submitted thesis and are awaiting award of degree may also apply.
- Evidence of high-quality research during/after Ph.D. is required.
- Ph.D. awarded within last 4 years.
Fellowship & Support:
- ₹1,08,393/- per month.
- PDF Contingency: ₹1,00,000 per year.
- Travel support up to ₹2,10,000 (with prior approval).
Tenure: One year (extension subject to approval from Ministry).
Age Limit: Not more than 35 years as on closing date.
