Gautam Buddha University invites applications for “Assistant Professor on contract for fixed duration (OCFD)” & “Assistant Professor (On Contract for Fixed Duration-CSE)” in following Schools: School of Humanities & Social Sciences, School of Information and Communication Technology, School of Engineering, School of Vocational Studies & Applied Sciences, School of Law, Justice and Governance, School of Biotechnology, and School of Management. 

• The Assistant Professor (On Contract for Fixed duration) shall be engaged for Academic Session 2025-26 only for a duration of a maximum of 10 (ten) months or as per requirement indicated.

• The Assistant Professor (On Contract for Fixed duration) shall perform all duties assigned by the University.

• They have to ensure the completion of the entire examination process for all types of examinations (Regular/Back paper/Special paper/ Repeat, etc.) for the courses allocated to them even if the term of the contract is complete.
