Eligibility/Qualification–
Principal
A.1. Ph.D. degree and First Class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch
AND
A.2 At least two successful Ph.D. guided as supervisor / Co-Supervisor and minimum 8 research publications in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved list of journals.
A.3 Minimum 15 years of experience in teaching/research/ industry, out of which at least 3 years shall be at the post equivalent to that of Professor.
A.4 At the time of appointment selected candidate possesses a certificate of basic knowledge of computer applications of any recognized institute as per resolution no. CRR-10-2007-120320-G5 dated 13.08.2008 of General Administration Department, Gandhinagar.
A.5 Working knowledge of English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
Pay Scale: 1, 44,200 – 2, 18,200 (PAY MATRIX LEVEL – 14)
Assistant Professor:
B.1 B.E. / B.Tech. / B.S. and M.E. / M.Tech. /M.S. or Integrated M.Tech in relevant branch with first class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
B.2 At the time of appointment selected candidate possesses a certificate of basic knowledge of computer applications of any recognized institute as per resolution no. CRR-10-2007-120320-G5 dated 13.08.2008 of General Administration Department, Gandhinagar.
B.3 Working knowledge of English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
B.4 Preference will be given to Ph. D Candidate.
Pay Scale: 57,700 – 1, 82,400 (PAY MATRIX LEVEL – 10)
