Central University of Karnataka, Kalaburagi invites applications from eligible candidates for engagement as teaching faculty in the following department purely on a contractual basis for one semester or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Remuneration:
- ₹40,000/month – with UGC/CSIR-NET
- ₹45,000/month – with UGC/CSIR-NET + Ph.D.
- No additional allowances or benefits
- No vacation salary, medical reimbursement, or leave benefits
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree with 55% marks (or equivalent)
- UGC-NET/CSIR-NET qualification is mandatory
- OR Ph.D. as per UGC (2009/2016) regulations
For Ph.D.-based exemption from NET, the following must be met:
- Regular mode of Ph.D.
- Two external thesis evaluations
- Two published research papers (one in a refereed journal)
- Two conference presentations
Ph.D. from Top 500 global universities (QS/THE/ARWU) is also accepted
