Eligibility Criteria
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline with First Class in preceding degrees (UG onwards)
- For Professors: 10+ years post-PhD experience + strong research, publications & PhD guidance
- For Associate Professors: 6+ years post-PhD experience + 4 SCI publications + project experience
- For Assistant Professors: Fresh PhDs welcome, with at least 1 SCI publication
